How do I get my school's ICS calendar file?
Most schools list a "download calendar" or "subscribe to calendar" link on their website, often on the calendar or events page. Look for a link that ends in .ics, or an "Export to Google Calendar" option — the underlying file is ICS format.
Can recurring activities end after a specific date?
Yes. When adding a recurring activity, you can set an end date (for example, "every Tuesday until June 1") so the event stops automatically at the end of a season.
Can I see all children's schedules at once?
Yes. The calendar view shows all children by default, color-coded. You can also filter to one child at a time if you want to focus on a specific schedule.
Can my co-parent see the same calendar?
