"Did you know about the field trip Thursday?" "Who signed up to bring snacks?" "Did the teacher say anything at pickup?" ParentDesk's Family+ plan gives both parents real-time access to the same shared information — no duplicate texts required.
Start Family+ free trialWhen you invite your co-parent, they get full read and write access to all of your family's data in ParentDesk.
Changes made by either parent appear immediately for the other. No manual syncing, no "send me the updated calendar," no version conflicts.
Schedule, commitments, teacher notes, and tasks — all fully shared. If one parent logs a commitment or adds a teacher note, the other sees it.
Only parents you explicitly invite can access your family's data. Sharing is controlled and reversible.
Two-parent households
Both parents work, both need to know what's happening. Instead of one parent being the "keeper of the schedule," everyone has equal access and visibility.
Parents with different routines
One parent does school pickup, the other handles activities on certain days. The parent who wasn't there can see exactly what happened and what's coming up.
Parents who travel for work
The parent who's away can see the kids' schedules in real time and stay informed without having to ask for daily updates.
Households with shared caregiving
Grandparent helps with pickup on Wednesdays. The primary parent sets up sharing so caregivers have what they need without needing to be briefed each time.
How do I invite my co-parent?
From the Family Sharing page in the app, enter your co-parent's email address. They'll receive an invitation link. Once they accept and create an account (or log in to an existing one), they'll have access to your shared family data.
Can I remove access if needed?
Yes. You can revoke a co-parent's access at any time from the Family Sharing page. Once removed, they'll no longer be able to view or edit your family's data.
Does my co-parent need to pay separately?
No. The Family+ plan covers one family, including the invited co-parent. One subscription covers both parents.
Can both parents add and edit events?
Yes. Both parents have full read and write access. Either parent can add activities, log commitments, update tasks, and write teacher notes.
Family+ is $9.99/month or $79/year — for the whole family.
