We ("we", "us", "our") operate ParentDesk at parentdesk.net. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We use your information solely to provide the ParentDesk service: storing your data, processing payments, and sending transactional emails such as password reset links and family sharing invitations. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data.
We use third-party services to operate ParentDesk:
No other third parties receive your data.
ParentDesk is an adult-facing service intended for parents and caregivers. You may enter information about your children to organize your family's schedule, but we do not require or request identifying information about children. ParentDesk is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by submitting a request through our feedback form. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
You may:
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. EU/UK residents may have additional rights under the GDPR. To exercise any rights, contact us through the feedback form.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit and Supabase's row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data.
If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ParentDesk after changes constitutes acceptance.
